IDAHO SELF ABORTION PROSECUTION REVERBERATES

Jennie Linn McCormack of Pocatello, Idaho has a messy life.  She is the single mother of three children living on a $250.00 per month child support payment for one of her children.  She is unemployed, poverty stricken and desperate. Adding to her troubles she became pregnant again and the father is now serving time in prison for robbery.

BAHRAIN DOCTORS PUNISHED FOR TREATING PROTESTORS.

The government wrath against the “arab spring” surfacing in Bahrain has turned its ugly face to inflicting gross criminal sentences upon doctors and other health care workers who treated protesters fleeing from Pearl Square, in the Bahrain capital, Manama.  Pearl Square used to be a rallying point for Shia protestors until the Suuni run government stuck a round hole in it. The government sentenced 18 doctors and 2 paramedics to 5 to 15 years for aiding protestors.  70% of the 525,000 citizens of Bahrain are Shia, who are systematically excluded from influence economically or otherwise

Sen. Charles Grassley (R) Iowa, arranged to insert language in Section 9007 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the health reform bill signed into law in March of 2010 that requires not for profit hospitals to adopt and disclose financial assistance policies for the medically underserved who are not covered by insurance. The American Hospital Association has long argued that mandatory charitable care disclosure policies are unnecessary and that the need can be met through voluntary disclosure procedures.
